By registering, accessing, browsing, or submitting an application on Instant Loan 24x7 ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not access or use our services.

To qualify for financial evaluation and loan sanctions through our platform, you must satisfy the following borrower criteria:

Instant Loan 24x7 acts as a digital Lending Service Provider (LSP) and technology facilitator under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Lending Guidelines (Circular RBI/2022-23/111).

All credit underwriting, final sanctions, loan disbursements, and recovery procedures are executed directly by licensed, RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and institutional banking partners. The master loan agreement executed upon sanction represents a binding credit contract between you (the borrower) and the regulated lending institution.

When you complete an application, you represent and warrant that all personal, employment, and income details provided are true, authentic, and complete.

• DigiLocker Consent: You authorize us to verify your identity via government DigiLocker gateway using Aadhaar OTP verification.
• Bureau Pull Authorization: You explicitly authorize our lending partners to fetch your comprehensive credit history and score from CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark.
• Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Providing fraudulent documents, forged salary slips, or impersonating third parties will result in immediate rejection, credit bureau reporting, and prosecution under the Indian Penal Code.

Loan approval is subject to credit assessment, internal risk policies, and discretion of the credit appraisal committee. A sanction letter specifying the principal loan amount, interest rate, tenure, processing fee, and repayment schedule will be made available in your borrower portal.

Disbursements are made solely through direct banking channels (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS) to the verified bank account registered under your own name. In strict adherence to RBI norms, cash disbursements or disbursements into third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Borrowers are legally bound to repay the total outstanding dues on or before the due date agreed upon in the Sanction Letter and Loan Agreement. We offer clear, transparent repayment structures:

Repayments can be processed 24x7 via your customer portal using UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, or registered e-NACH auto-debit mandates. Timely repayments are reported positively to credit bureaus, directly boosting your CIBIL score.

By entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and clicking "Sign Agreement" or "Accept Loan", you execute a valid, legally enforceable electronic signature under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The electronic agreement executed through our digital flow carries the exact legal sanctity, enforceability, and evidential weight of a physical paper contract executed in ink.

As a borrower on Instant Loan 24x7, you expressly agree and undertake that:

• You will utilize the borrowed credit solely for lawful personal or emergency financial needs and not for speculative, illegal, or anti-social activities.
• You will notify us promptly in writing of any material changes in your employment status, residential address, mobile phone number, or banking details.
• You acknowledge that willful default in loan repayment may result in adverse credit reporting, recovery action in accordance with RBI Fair Practices Code, and formal civil or criminal proceedings.
