2. Information We Collect

To accurately evaluate eligibility and process loan disbursements securely, we collect only necessary data points as permitted under the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines:

Personal & Identity Data Full legal name, date of birth, gender, marital status, and government Permanent Account Number (PAN).

Contact & Residence Details Active primary mobile telephone number, email address, residential address, state, city, and postal PIN code.

Employment & Income Employer / company name, workplace address, monthly net in-hand salary, and salary credit method (Bank Transfer / Cheque).

Banking & Settlement Data Bank name, account number, and IFSC code for direct IMPS penny-drop verification and loan disbursal.

DigiLocker & KYC Verification: With your explicit consent via OTP, we retrieve masked Aadhaar XML data and verified digital PAN records directly through government DigiLocker infrastructure. We never store your unmasked biometric Aadhaar details.

7. Retention & Deletion Policy

We preserve transaction, loan repayment, and KYC records for the mandatory duration stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) — typically 5 to 8 years following complete loan closure.

Incomplete loan applications or draft profiles that are abandoned prior to submission are automatically purged from our caching systems after 30 calendar days of inactivity.
